Further sessions of 1:1 therapy or other guidance may be required.
THE ACE PROGRAMME - AN OUTLINE
ASSESS:
By assessing your inner narrative and mindset you will begin to see how much these impact your outer energy.
We will assess your Emotional Intelligence, personal boundaries, in-built expectations whether of self or others, your mental resilience to challenge and the quality of your primary fuel source, meaning the understanding and action of loving self

CHANGE:
You will then begin the process of change, working to eliminate built-in or hidden beliefs, patterns, limitations or behaviours and any other illusory stories that are preventing you from feeling at peace, allowing ease and achieving success whether within your relationship to self or others, or within your community or career​

You are then one step closer to being able to profoundly
EVOLVE:
Your dedication and devotion will provide the opportunity for you to be free from the density of stuck energy with the ACE outcome of impeccable self-governance of your inner and outer resources to generate fulfilment, contentment and deep connection to self.

T&Cs
The ACE programme is available to new and existing clients.
New clients are invited to participate in a 'get to know me' call prior to their first scheduled session.
Payment is required in full when scheduling the 1st session.
No refunds are offered after the 1st session has taken place. All effort will be made to ensure full satisfaction throughout the programme.
The programme may be spread over 3, 6, 9 or 12 weeks depending on preference/or at Rachel's discretion.
All sessions take place online on Zoom unless otherwise requested.
Text support between sessions will take place over WhatsApp or iMessage, or otherwise via email.
My time zone is set at GMT (London), please adjust your time zone when scheduling. Always contact me if there is not a suitable time as I do have flexibility and will always try to fit in with my clients schedules.
